Clinical Criteria
1. C — Confusion (new disorientation)
AMT ≤8 or new disorientation
2. U — Urea / BUN > 19 mg/dL (>7 mmol/L)
3. R — Respiratory Rate ≥ 30
4. B — Blood Pressure: SBP <90 or DBP ≤60
5. 65 — Age ≥ 65
